Yeah the TEs literally uses parts from a specific run of Boss DD-2s that you have to hunt down and supply yourself yeah?
SO just buy a fuckin DD-2 and STFU really

Aside from Centaurs, the Cornish stuff seems to pretty much take the cake in terms of monied guitar hobbyist bait.
And yes, they look like ammo boxes or something, but the slightly fake movie prop version. Do I still kinda wanna play one and see what the deal is? Yes.

I built a Klone and I love it. The drive and the buffer make it irreplaceable for me. I would really like to try a legit one, but I'm incredibly happy with my home rolled. Cornish is horseshit though
Whoever pays top dollar for it is a scumbag fanboy.

Most of that stuff is super exspensive because it's vintage and there IS such a thing as pedal collectors....
The Pete Cornish stuff is exspensive because Pete Cornish builds it...
Which begs to question, What if Pete Cornish built a Klon?

I was thinking about doing something like this to my V1.4 OCD, gutting the chassis and putting a complete different three knob, one toggle circuit in it.
