Dude, it'd look like an old Cadillac that'd been resprayed pink and worn off in spots.

I got the shell pink yesterday, and Minwax also makes a rattle can nitro, so I'm going to try that out as well

Got most of the parts in the mail today. Just waiting for the pickups at this point I think!
Here's what I've got going on so far. The body was great right out of the box. Only required minimal sanding before I sprayed it.
Sprayed it rattle can shell pink. Need to sand it down again before spraying a second coat. Then it's Minwax 30 minute Nitro.

Shite mis-stamped Wilkenson bridge:

After the pink has been sprayed:

Mock up:

Going to let the body dry overnight and then see how the paint feels. After it gets nice and solid, I'm going to sand it back to reduce some different things that happened while spraying. Also going to drill out the holes for the pickgard, strap buttons, control plate, and jack plate. Then I'll spray it again, let it dry another day, and then do this nitro

It's beautiful. The pick guard is just perfect for that color.

That looks incredible!
I really want to build a tele too. Mostly bc it'll be a somewhat simple first build and real different than my main guitar. Can you give up the guys info to order a body?

Here's his reverb store. He's also on eBay. On OSG he said he will entertain requests, not sure how much they would cost though:

Nitro has been sprayed. 3 coats over an hour and a half. Now to let it cure for 24 hours

Let the body cure, the nitro is nice and hard. Did a light sanding with a block to get rid of a little bit of the texture, but I'm not concerned or bothered with the orange peel. Got all of the holes drilled for the pickguard, strap buttons, control plate, and Jack plate, and went ahead and installed the strap buttons. I also installed the neck as well. Wasn't used to having that extra 22nd fret but it's alright. The neck holes were apparently drilled kind of screwy on the Squier neck, so I persuaded it into place.
Just waiting on the pickups so that I can wire it up and install the rest of the stuff

Man, that's looking awesome, skully. And I love how much fun you seem to be having concocting crazy-assed guitars these days. Don't even think about stopping.

Thanks dude! I appreciate it. This one was fun because it was also super cheap to put together as well. Pretty sure I spent about as much on this entire project as I did for a Mastery Bridge and Trem for my Jazzmaster
