If you have the means I highly recommend it. This will be my 28th delay purchase and although I just got it, I know it's the best delay I've ever owned by far and I've tried almost all the big name delays. Plus it's bound to retain and should increase in value so it's a good investment.

BIAS Manual Adjustment:
Is to adjust manually the necessary BIAS level applicable to the variable Low and High Disc Speed.
The range of the manual Bias control is 35% of the total amount of the Standard Bias Calibration. Because recording frequencies response are significantly reduced at Low Disc Speed and increased at High Disc Speed, this control is necessary in order to maintain the correct recording frequency response in all the various Speed operation. Through this control it is possible also to obtain a “Clean” or “Dirty” Echo quality .

Yea, that's what it sounded like to me as well.

And as someone who has six Digi RDS series boxes (two always available, more in closet if project calls for it), I didn't see the point of a less configurable version of the wall of crap.

If they'd done a real spinning platter echo I was definitely interested.

Nice score, Ruiner. This is sort of one of those pieces that you use on everything. I bet you find yourself thinking about it more as an instrument than just an effect.
