The modulation was one of the only disappointments I had with the Timebender. As soon as I saw that little knob I was like "that's it??".

It's a lot of fun in stereo too. Haven't done that in a while, but I remember sitting between two amps and zoning out.

I have mine in the stereo effects loop of my Mustang V head/stereo cab. It's glorious (and part of a three-amp system that bounces like no tomorrow)

I never really found a good way to use modulation on delay. Imo anything beyond a subtle chorusy warble gets distracting, annoying, unmusical,...Which I guess would be great if you're in some sort of psychedelic prog-rock band...

Yea, on this one, just use the knob for the things that it specifies it's NOT modulation on, otherwise apply seasoning to taste.

Major pita: Apparantly the mix control doesn't do more than 1:1, unless you completely kill the original signal and go full wet...What's up with that?
I doubt it's even 1:1, the repeats are actually considerably quiter than the original signal.

Didn't even scratch the surface though, tons of sounds and neat tricks that I still neat to explore. Really too bad that with all those unique features it doesn't include a 'normal' blend/level control like most/all other digital delays out there

Edit: Yup, messed with it a little more, gave the manual a closer look...And there doesn't seem to be a hidden trimpot or secret trick to fix the quiet repeats. Really weird, really annoying. On some modes the delay is about half the level of the dry signal, making the repeats hardly noticeable. I'm pretty sure even the digital mode would get washed out in a loud band. Strange that with all the reviews I read I never came across a comment about the unusually quiet repeats.
