Interesting indeed! It's been not so bad. I did a couple days of timer'd, stream of consciousness playing while guiding myself away from familiar, muscle memory patterns. This weekend i haven't played at all but I feel okay about that. I want to get re-acquainted with the joy of playing and remove the heavy pressure I put on myself.
