we're a three-piece with a loud guitarist. Despite being a three-piece, I have slabs of loud reverbed Fenders (currently two) blasting stuff at me

it's pretty awesome, but it's awesomer to be able to cut through it and sound bad ass and he's a fan of my bass playing and fuzziness and is only encouraging it being sort of a ... modus operandi of the band

LOL. I got a Big Box EHX Big Muff last week and I was like "WTF IS THIS HUGE PEDAL?"

Also, how come no one told me that the UltraFuzz is build with lead shielding or something; that sucker is physically H E A V Y.
