In B-more, there's the 8x10 club. I have a friend who gets some gigs there . They have local and small national bands. Sonar is another place that books touring bands.

I'm not sure what size venues you're looking for. I know some crappy redneck bars. I'm a remote Baltimoron.

I'm basically looking for basements. but i'll check out those!

thanks

I'm not sure how possible it is because my drummer is kind of crazy bipolar identity crisis type-dude, but he's got a house in New Brunswick and I might be able to get you a show in his basement. Unlikely, however. We might even be able to play some songz too, depending when we get our act together..

Then there's always Meat-Town, which is a popular place for indie and gazey shows in the basement of some random-ass house on Hamilton Street. Never been there, but would like to be a frequenter. I've heard really good things about the place, everybody always seems to have fun there. Or be a horrible indie kid who's miserable all the time anyway. Fuck those dudes. And their blazers.

Hope I was of some help.
well i guess, but i just don't know.

*phew* it's a good thing i only wear cardigans and band t-shirts.

Remember 120 Hamilton St? I loved that place. i wish it were still around

I played there once with a screamo band called creature. The rest of the band + Tom from You & I/This Ship Will Sink/The Assistant went on to form a new band called "Black Kites." They're fucking AMAZING. Tom is god. Than Peter quit cuz he moved to philly and now focuses on our band...

but yeah i miss 120 hamilton st.
