I suggest a buzzaround or dizzytone, preferably built by Ghost Effects.

Just haven't heard it mentioned in a while. I just played the hell out of it and my head/ears hurt/ring.
Seriously though, UG had great suggestions with the buzzaround and dizzytone. Both are awesome. Lluna is good too. Not too much volume stacks alright, gives you the osc control. SS/BS Hawk is good. 46 is awesome but I don't like the way it stacks that much.
