err, mine's still in sealed in its bag waiting for me to get off the interweb and bring it to life. :poke: :facepalm: Unfortunately it may be a winter project.

sorry...forgot about this thread. This is an older carvin, and it was pretty beat up when I got it. I had a local guy retolex the amp and put some holes in the front of the headshell. I painted the chassis with some textured paint, put some new knobs on, put the stencils on the chassis for labelling all the controls, wired up some purple-ish leds for the inside, then painted a glue pattern on some heavy plastic sheeting and put that in the middle hole, then cut/painted a wood logo to match for the cab. I really need to take the amp outside and get a picture to show the details, but I'm too lazy to do it.

This would be great thing to play with and while you are playing record and then chop up some shit that you like into samples and use in a more controlled and musical manner. :wow what a fantastic idea you have there:
