I'd love to use something other than the generic Ernie Ball nylon one, but at 6'8", it's the only strap I've ever owned that wasn't extended at max and still having it across my chest.
The Couch straps are long. I'm 6'2" (so not a total giant like you) and wear my guitars pretty low and there's plenty of room left on all my straps. I think they'd easily have you covered but I can try to measure one if you'd like.

I'm 6'8" and portly in my old crippledom. That combo says 72" minimum or bust (with a little extra to go lower or for an instrument that's got a weird body shape).
But yea, wouldn't mind that info. I'm not adverse to using better straps, just a case of "I stopped rolling the dice years ago when length wasn't listed explicitly."
I wore out a leather one I had that was wide and long enough that I made out of a pack harness from a vintage military set a few years back, and I never could get another one of those so it's been EB or bust ever since.

they are the only strap that you can actually buy that I would call long.. their seatbelt straps are about a foot longer than an EB

According to this post, Couch straps are 67":

But according to my real world testing (ie, me with a tape measure), they're more like 74".
All I can say for sure is that they're l-o-n-g.

the Original Fuzz straps are pretty cool. they're on the pricey side, but discounts are easy to find. i have one of the "tina weymouth" straps & it's quite nice.

I also have a Jaykco strap that i really love. the quality is even higher than the OF mentioned above.

Couch and DiMarzio. They're both animal friendly for one thing and Couch straps are damn near indestructible while DiMarzios are interchangeable if a clip breaks or if you want to change colors of the clips or the strap.
