I'd keep it simple. Jazzmaster > tafm > dd5 > tremolust. I'm a less is more kinda guy. When I have too many pedals I just get obsessed with tweaking knobs rather than actually playing anything meaningful. I guess it really depends what you plan on doing with your board.
Also, one can never have too much fuzz

I'd go very simple, because about 80% of that list is "oh, god, I'm in college and it's Peavey and DOD hell" and I never liked it when it was current!
Jazzmaster > MF Delay#1 > HM2 > MF Delay#2 > DD5 > pick an amp.
