Haven't tried one but for the Cioks line they sell voltage doubler flex cables. Not sure if the RCA side is compatible with a Pedal Power either really... But might help you.

I ran a PSM5 for a while
It's an effects loop plus a power supply

never used the power supply
effects loop was pretty good
Had a nice buffer on it

power supply is basically a throughput for whatever 9v you put in, so it's the first line in a daisy chain
Lost mine in a flood a few years back
nice gadget to have

That MXR ISO brick looks nice

Jean,

If you see this. Serious question as you have a shit ton of pedals and I'm assuming some of them have different power requirements. What are you using?

I just want to have the least amount of cords coming out of that fucker as possible. Especially since I may be lugging it across the city every week now.

Look into the walrus audio Phoenix. Maybe that plus some creative cabling would do the trick.

I saw that. Dunno when it actually hits the market though. Plus 270. Fuck. LOL. I mean it's good. It has one 18v, which is nice. Not enough outs to do my whole board. FUCK.

Someone make a supply that has has 20 fucking outs on it for crying out loud. Make them adjustable so you're not stuck with dumb ass things you don't need.

Along with things colored orange and red, I don't let anything with strange power requirements on my board. The only weird one is the H9 which is covered by the green cable (for + power) on the Cioks. I have 3 power supplies. I have one plug that I plug into the wall - under the board are two plugs - one goes to a ciokolate the other goes to a Cioks schizophrenic that daisy chains into a Cioks DC-10. Every pedal has it's own isolated jack. I could probably get away with two power supplies and daisy chain fuzzes, but since I use the board for recording I want everything super quiet. The board was designed to allow the middle row to be super flexible and swappable as long as I use pedals that are 125b-sized with top jacks - Iron Ether, Dr. Scientist and Earthquaker favor these so I think I'm in good hands. Hope that covered it.

So, from my experience I wouldn't have stuff that had to be 18v on the board. Hate to say it, but with so many great builders out there - I'd prefer to just find stuff that works with my system. Any problematic pedals go bye-bye. (that includes sidejacks lol)

The Phoenix is shipping out on the 24th. Tempted to pulled the trigger. I want to upgrade my power supply as well but this might be a bit overkill.

On the other hand its cheaper than a Mondo, same price as a ISO 5 & a PP2+ together, is smaller than either of those options and has more outputs.

If it wasn't for the fact that I want a turntable to play some LPs with then I'd get the Phoenix with my tax return. :idk:

If anyone wants to trade a turntable for my ppt2+, hit me up. ;)

I bought a third PP+ and some 18v adapters. Said fuck it. The nice thing is you can daisy chain PP+ into the curiosity outlet. Read about it on Voodoo Labs forum or whatever that shit is. Works great.
