Yeah, if I were young and saving my paper route money, these would cool maybe. I am sure they could be fun if you ran them through a bunch of pedals. I personally have no interest in these. Akai doesn't really know what they are doing except trying to get on the analog bandwagon and get money because they are analog. I guess they figure to a lot of people that if something is analog, it has to be good.

Though two octaves is pretty weak for a four voice synth... 3.5 on the Mopho X4 is a lot more appropriate.
