Nothing wrong with that! Some of my favorite bands of all time are 70s rock bands. And it's totally cool if they're not your thing, I just enjoy how Royal Thunder pulls it off in their style.

Plus, yep, they're a fun live band.

Oh yea, not saying no one else should enjoy them, just stating why I don't.

I saw Zoroaster right after they got their second drummer. He was sloppy and didn't hit very hard so I didn't enjoy them live. Their later shit was just too psychedelic for me. I liked them better when they were just riffing the fuck out. Wasn't bad, just not as good to me as their first demo. Order of the Owl have a better balance of all that. Royal Thunder are awesome but I rarely feel like listening to them. I know that doesn't make sense at all.

Gonna fly in on my drug rug magic carpet and say that the band is fucking awesome all the way through. From the demo to Matador.

I haven't listened to any of their other bands.

actually I do know what you mean, there is a handful of bands that i really enjoy when I do listen to them but it might be years between listening to them.

we all live in an age where there are so many damn bands you can easily appreciate thousands of them and maybe only hear them maybe a few times over the years.

Really bums me out to hear they are broke up. I had never heard of them until I saw them with Earth and Weedeater in PDX they blew me away! instant fan, and I must say it's their Psychedelic stuff that drew me to them. I dig Royal Thunder too so I'm going to have to check them out live now for sure!

IDK if they've "officially" broken up or whatever. It just seems like that to me.
