^Ok, now I'm not that sure anymore if I want a versatile pitch shifter, or an octave up/down fuzz with it's own gnarly voicing :s

Because of the size&price thing, it's still hard to NOT go with a pitchfork and try it with my fuzz pedals. My FZ-2 and Mastotron can both kinda do a faux octave thing, so I'd be curious to try wether running em through the pitchfork would end up in a scrambly mess or in something filthy and interesting :)

The bitquest could probably replace three pedals on my board if I were shooting for a new small board or something. Super veratile and badass at everything it does, or at least that's what I get from all the demos I've been checking :)

But with just 1 octave up/down, it actually seems pretty limited as a pitch shifter, at least compared to a pitch fork or even a PS3 or micro pog :idk:

A little warbly too. Its more organ-y than clean shifting.

Still sounds great though.

I was gonna suggest this, but he said clean blend. The base signal is kinda squared I think.

This is the coolest option though. I want one bad. I've heard people say it sounds kinda weak, but that's what stacking is for. I bet a bit commander into my TAFM wouldn't sound weak.
