Point taken. Looks I have a good idea what I'm buying myself for Festivus.

Re: Who has experience with Dirty Heshers/other Lace sensors
I have heard nothing but good things about Lace. I have a set of Dissonant aggressors that I have had sitting around forever now that I have just been to broke to get installed. I would do it my self but my soldering knowledge zip and I don't want to start experimenting with this hah.

Any suggestions for string sets I should get for C standard/drop A#? Looking at 12-60s.

I have Nitro Hemis in my monson and they're pretty warm and punchy. Very accepting of everything I try to do.

I currently use a Drop and Gain in the bridge and a FingerBurner in the neck. This setup is very very very very very very good.

I'm thinking of keeping my nitro-hemi in the neck and putting a deathbucker in the bridge.

Re: Who has experience with Dirty Heshers/other Lace sensors
For electronics I just use the standard Les Paul/dual humbucker layout for wiring. 500k audio taper pots for both volume and tone and .047 caps on the tone. I usually roll my tone off as these pickups are very "broadband" almost similar to a PAF but much more of everything. I would also suggest coil tapping these pickups to get your laywerdad on.
