So I thought I had settled on a Hardwire RV 7 and then went back to wanting a Verbzilla again, but then I thought about one of those Behringer clones of it, rv 600 I think is what they're called, anybody have experience with 'em?

exactly. i did want the Digitech Hardwire Reverb but now the EHX Cathedral would really have to suck major league-ass for me not to want it: really just waiting to see when it is going to come out & how much it is going to cost.

is the Behringer one okay? i still don't have a Behringer yet pedal though but i want one.

Yamaha SPX90's go for under $200, and do reverse gate reverb plus a bunch of other effects. :idk: I had one and it was pretty awesome.

the space station is a real joy. i got to borrow one for recording once... totally wish i had one. it could make my guitar sond like anything from a swarm of angry bees to an analog synth string pad.

The new digitech "hardwire" Reverb pedal does a pretty good reverse.

Problem is everything else it does sucks. It's kind of like buying a $150 paperweight.

It is on sale at american musical for $115 though :idk:

i still won't consider anything more than a hundo shipped. which is basically why i don't have one now becuz i rarely saw them on ebay when i was looking. & never for that price.

just saw a NAMM vid of the Cathedral. seems okay. but most of those NAMM videos alwayz suck anyway. i really NEED a dedicated reverb pedal & a cheap delay and i think i would be fine. (boutique 'verbs are definitely NOT an option though...)

;)

space station =/= space echo

I'm pretty sure he's talking about this:

http://www.effectsdatabase.com/model/digitech/xp300

They are freaking incredible boxes. I ended up buying one of the XP-1000 mods from Adam at Guitar Geek. It has all 4 XP modes built in. :thumb:

It has a space station mode, which basically just does mode 1 on the old Space Station. It's a cool mode, but the full Space Station does SO much more.

It's the exact same pedal as the Digiverb, which is much cheaper. :idk:
