I caught wind of this info, which may be relevant to your interests if you own or are thinking of buying an H9 soon. If you've already bought a bunch of algorithms, you may already have earned a free Max upgrade or be close to doing it. The thresholds for reaching this point are lower before 4/15/2015 than after.

Say what you will about the pricing model, but it's nice that they aren't leaving existing users in the cold. (Haven't poured over the details to see if there is pricing for a straight-up Max upgrade to compare.)
I did it right after it a was announced. Haven't touched my H9 again since! ahahahaha. My God I have problems.
