Let's see if it has everything in common with your Sub Octave Synthesizer.

sounds like a fairly trad flip-flop based octave divider type architecture
I assume the glitch mode it input filtering maybe to catch some secon ordr stuff?

And another Hotone pedal: the FURY fuzz. This one is also very cool IMO. :animal:

The demo contains guitar recordings with the FURY right after the guitar and then after a buffered pedal (it sounds different this way) plus bass recordings in the last minutes.

I never knew what the SG's did. Neat! Not sure if I'd find any use for it other than messing around with it for shits and giggles, but it's definitely a cool pedal. Thanks for sharing, bud! :joy:

Yeah, it's a nice and uncommon effect. I got it from a friend for a few weeks and I loaned him my VB-2 Vibrato. I'm glad that I didn't have to spend hundreds of € for this black one-trick-pony. It is only overhyped because it's rare. If I should ever need this kind of effect, I will buy a cheap BOSS NF-1 Noise Gate and mod it. The SG-1 and the NF-1 have an almost identical circuit board.

:?: Some guy gave my SG-1 demo a thumbs down today. I hate it when people do that when they don't like the effect itself. That happened so often in the past. They should rate the quality of the video and the contents. :grumpy:

I thought you did a really good job as usual. You put a lot of work and do a great job on every video.

I got a thumbs down the other day, but I can't figure out how they even found my video or why they even put the effort forth to watch it long enough to dislike it (seemed more like they auto disliked it).

Cool rare thing! btw maybe someone disliked you accidentally, it is easy to misshit the like button while watching vid in a little embed video on forums.

They're neat pedals. Glad I have one again even if it's in digital form (and in this case, I can't tell the difference between the recreation and the original) in the GT-001. On rare occasions it's a good tool in the box to have but I'd never pay what an original goes for (nor want to hook up the cabling to use it very often as it wouldn't live in my chain).
