Yeah, I've got the perfect amp. Just sold a fuzz to make me feel better about spending money on gear. Thanks for helping me dodge the bullet, you're right, I would've regretted selling this for the rest of my days.
Making it into a combo kinda sounds like a cool idea, need to look into that.

Get a silverface vibrochamp/bronco, it's seriously awesome!
If you look hard enough (reverb.com and offset guitars are good, gearpage sometimes) you can score them for around $400, speakers can be had from weber (sig8s) for about $40, they weight next to nothing, have a great fender sound, are good for bedroom volume, and can sound great if you ruin it into your 2x12. On top of that, I have the specs to make kick back legs work on them (like mine below). 400 might seem like a lot for a 5w amp compared with other thoughts in this thread, but they are hand wired, made in USA amps that will last for years, plus they really never changed the circuit from when they first designed them in 1964. If you really want, you can also fit a 10" speaker if you get a small enough magnet, or a 12" if you rehouse the chasis in a musicmaster bass amp cabinet.
Keep the head you have, they aren't making any more bandmaster heads, and I don't see them going down in value if you wanted to replace it later.
