The Tremulust does it... You can have one square and one triangle with their own speed which when set right with the depth can get some pseudo random stuff going on... It will do choppy square but doesn't get as fast as a Hummingbird or anything but it's by far my favorite trem...

I prefer slow anyway... on big fuzzy chords.
I'll listen to some demo tonight.

Do you mean that sample thing the song starts with, this "Ooh - La- Hee" thing?
I'd get a looper for that and try to play / mimic it, maybe with an Ebow or a reverse delay and using the tonepot and volumepot on the guitar or a volumepedal or something.
You need some kind of vocal sounding thing for that I think.
As far as random tremolo's go, I always prefer it if the tremolo doesn't include total cutting or boosting of the sound, that always interrupts the flow from my point of view, it's the only real weakness of the Goatkeeper if you ask me.

Sure, I truly love the Goatkeeper but the random mode isn't that awesome in my opinion, that's just my opinion though...

Just got an idea that might works.

Randy's Revenge is CV controlable... so maybe I should for some kind of controling box.

RLD Adrenalinn can likely do close to what you're looking for. Fuckload of flexibility in what you can do with one.

I think so, maybe with one of these Copilot FX Broadcast boxes or an Electro Harmonix 8 Step or something.
