I used to like the Deltalab DD1 a whole lot.
Nice enclosure and footswitch.
It's blue.
Two outputs, so tons of fun sounds are available by plugging Out B into the input.
I'm pretty sure I got it for $60 new which is great for such a nice little delay.

I got a Digidelay for $30 and it's probably the best bang for the buck I've ever gotten on a pedal. I dig the Carbon Copy running on higher voltages too. Super Mogwai tones.

Trill deal, I hear nothing but good things about that pedal.

Malekko delays. The 600D or 600E if you don't want modulation, or the 616D or 616 if you want modulation.

If you want digital, I'm quite fond of the artec "analog" delay. The Muza's fd900 really cool too if you want more options.

The DOD DFX9 is pretty cool if you can put up with the terrible footswitch and non-standard powerjack.

Otherwise Boss DD-3 and MXR Carbon Copy are perfectly usable.

I got a digidelay too recently - paid $45 shipped. I really like it, great delay, but I want another single sized delay.

I sold my modded DD-5 but wanted another pedal with a good Hold function; the DD does stutter/hold/max msp like stuff all day long.

All the delay modes are good too.

As far as the Malekkos go, I really dig the green LoFi 616.
