IDK enough about the ins&outs of registering with BMI, but what you're suggesting makes no sense to me.
I think you're erring on the side of skepticism in absence of hearing the reveal straight from the horse's mouth.
Perhaps I'd share that doubt if RDJ's (just about) entire catalog weren't listed along with those Tuss tracks.
But those are just dots to connect, like the song titles and the GX1 and so on. The material is the biggest tell.

Use your ears. There are sonic signatures throughout his tracks in terms of sound selection, arrangement (especially w/r/t melody) tension/release dynamics & tempo changes.
Do you honestly believe those tracks were made by anyone other than RDJ? Listen again.
The Tuss is RDJ, I'm 100% positive of that. I have 360+ tracks spread over 20gigs+ of RDJ's various projects and will bet the farm with unwavering confidence that it cant be anyone else behind The Tuss. At this point It isn't even a possibility afaic, he's one of the most distinct voices in electronic music whether he's making acid house, minimal techno, gabba, dnb, industrial noise whatever.

My doubts are reserved for Monolith, however. There's room for the possibility of it being someone else's copycat-style project...but once again, IMO the material itself quells (not creates) doubt.

Syro is a great album.
Getting better with subsequent plays, I've been listening to it pretty much on repeat (with few breaks) for the past several weeks...and the 3xLP sounds KILLER.
Not cramming the album onto 2 LPs was a great decision and worth the extra $.
Just about every track seems to have at least one singular moment of zen, where everything comes together (in context) and makes perfect sense. Nothing needs to be added or removed...but sometimes I lust for extension or emphasis of those moments when they seem particularly fleeting.
I suppose that's doing it right? Leave the people wanting more...
