That sounds friggin awesome.
I only do boring, family friendly camping now.
One, hopefully I can take my son and/or daughter to a place like that though....I'm a few years away, though.

Put me in the "don't like bugs" category. I especially hate spiders and ticks, super especially ticks. Fuckers creep me out. Friend got one nestled right up in his scrote once (and that my friends is why you don't walk around in the bush with boxers on), was a fun trip to the medic station.

Oh and add leeches to the list too. Pretty much anything out to suck your blood.

Man y'all have to make it out to the Boundary Waters, shit is beautiful and usually 50-60 miles from anything resembling a town depending on your entry point. The last time I went it was quite buggy though but the other 5 times I've been it was fine. It's so damn peaceful.

A dozen ILFers.
All with pipe amps and little boards. S'mores. Booze. Smoke.

Becoming (dr)one with nature.

I'd camp out with you guys, but I'd be afraid half of you would end up in jail or humping each other.

I mean, not that the humping is a bad thing.

Hed have to demo each thing on different terrain, and then demo it with a full mix of other gear. My camping chain is air mattress -> tent running in parallel with a cooking pot -> fire pit. Too bad it all has to stay isolated or you risk frying the air mattress and tent.

Does anyone know about glamping? The word alone makes me want to kill myself.
