Made my latest board from scrap wood. Cut down to a reasonable size, sanded and stained, and then added plexi for the upper decks

My pedal board is made of recycled chests of draws and other "acquired" timber and shoplifted hardware and spray paint.
But yeah, pallet pedalboard is a great idea. But as stated earlier there is the potential for a lot of splinters. Get your hands on a belt sander It will save a lot of time and your hands.
