I will reiterate the cathedral, hall of fame, and zoom cdr-70 as all sound pretty nice.

I think for the money the HOF is one if he best reverbs I've ever had. That cathedral setting on it is wonderful.

Verbzilla is cool and all, but the enclosure has always felt really awkward and accident prone to me.

So I ended up with one of these:

Not exactly what I started off asking about but it's a spring reverb
and it was cheap....

Sweet, I used to see those pop up every now and again when my spring reverb obsession was in full effect. How's it sound?

Tried it out briefly last night. Using for this lo-fi electronic project and used it in an effects
loop with a Space Echo and a bunch of compressors and the overall effect was pretty spooky and
weird. Kept the mic input low (it's hotter than the instrument input) and reverb output all the way
up and defintely got some weird gate/ compressor kind of artifacts out of it.

So, so far so good!

Awesome! I love weird, artifactual reverb. I'd definitely like to hear any recordings you make with it.

Playing on Saturday, we'll see how it turns out.
If it's not too embarrassing, I'll post it here....

Tc HoF / Trinity are my favorite along with Space if you need more features and control over your reverb sound. I'd recommend the Trinity over the HoF though, the E1 and E2 modes are awesome.

Had one for a while. For the money, it's by far the most amazing huge sounding reverb pedal I know of. Too bad mine was so damn noisy, it made it usuable, especially for more 'extreme' settings.

So there is a lot of stuff going on here and now rig shot but this is basically my set-up (Gristleizer > 1. CS2 > Arion Stereo Analog Delay and 2. > Minifooger Drive > Ghost Echo > DOD Comp > spring reverb. The both channels into a mixer and fucked with/ processed/ joined by my bandmate's Serge modular and Space Echo and lastly through an Alesis Micro Compressor…..

and because I can never figure out how to embed the video…
