Does your Strat have a Micro Tilt at the neck pocket? If you can't lower the bridge any further you can increase the neck angle to get lower action.
@ the 12th fret it literally has a gap as big as each string is thick.
and it doesn't buzz. . . .
why do I wanna sell it again?
