But do you have to play through it or do you just want an oscillator or two in pedal form???

I don't really want something to play through I want it to essentially create tones itself and you can tune themsonidero wrote:But do you have to play through it or do you just want an oscillator or two in pedal form???

THAT IS LIKE EXACTLY WHAT I WANT. You'd need an A/B with this if I wanted to have this droning while playing correct?

The Great Destroyer can do cool droning but don't know how great the tuning part is.
I also use an Electro-Faustus 101d dual oscillator, but that doesn't have the dirty sound that you seem to want. Do you?
It has a great tuning range anyway. And I think it sounds cool.

perceptible to the human ear – 20 Hz to 20 kHz"
Oh and I like to do it with my Boss DD7 too. I think a lot of delay pedals can?

There are a couple of Dwarfcraft Thumping Double Squaresnakes going cheap on eBay now, might be something to look into.

The MASF Epilepsy is an oscillating fuzz, and you control the pitch with your guitar/bass volume knob. You dont need to bend over....

You can also look at the Desi Parva if you want something a little simpler/less expensive.jasonmoriparty wrote:THAT IS LIKE EXACTLY WHAT I WANT. You'd need an A/B with this if I wanted to have this droning while playing correct?
Skychord stuff is awesome though. You can't go wrong.

This is essentially what I want as well. Either this or the Sleep Drone seem like the winner here.Pugie wrote:I also use an Electro-Faustus 101d dual oscillator, but that doesn't have the dirty sound that you seem to want. Do you?

Thanks to everyone who's helped me on this. I will let you know what I end up getting.

Re: Tell me a pedal that does this
I'd say a boss feedback pedal. I've heard one is better than the other but I've never used any of them or pretty much any delay pedal. I remember when I had an el cap, you could use the feedback as its own instrument if you were okay with no separation between the notes. I've done it before!

I've always loved the boss feedbacker too. Gonna hunt for that used
