He used the original deluxe big muff shortly, that's what they were saying. I didn't know the original deluxe was an IC

He used the original deluxe big muff shortly, that's what they were saying. I didn't know the original deluxe was an IC
Yup, J used a Big Muff Deluxe on the first Dinosaur Jr. album. The original Big Muff Deluxe is a V4 Muff aka the op-amp or IC Muff.

Honestly all that functionality looks pretty handy. I wanna see what it sounds like with the gate knobs cranked.

The expression feature is kinda cool, in the middle part of the sweep, but sounds like shit on the top and bottom. Could be lots of fun if it can be dialed in just right.

They should do a vintage reissue series like Fender does…Smaller run, hand made, etc. Shit, they could even just work with Wren and Cuff to do it for them...

The Deluxe Memory Boy, the Superego, the Hog, the Flanger Hoax and the Cathedral are all worth investigating too. Very good value compared to boutique options, of course.
