Fun fact: If you play the bassline for Dragonaut along to the record with an acoustic guitar tuned in to E Standard it sounds really cool, since you're hovering around a major third (if I'm remembering my meagre theory right) for most of that riff.

Pelican has done a few acoustic songs. They are not real doom songs but they have a nice vibe.

awesome spanish band that i bet a bunch of people here will dig. maybe not exactly on topic cause it's not like they're playing electric wizard on acoustic guitars. but it's acoustic, most of the songs are pretty dark and they're very metal influenced. we were on tour a couple of years ago and just happened to end up sharing a couple of shows with this band and it was awesome.

check out vradiazei from olympia as well. i couldn't find any great songs on youtube to post, but i only looked for a second. they're album is mostly awesome though. similar style stuff. great acoustic dark metal.
