EHX DMM with shortest delay time, dry on one side and slight delay on the other direct in. Recently I've done it for all guitar tracks and just pan the stereo tracks to taste. Sometimes I have two guitar parts, other times I have three, four, or a synth part to worry about. I love centering bass and panning cymbals/guitars/vocals. With the DMM trick leaving a guitar part centered still portrays a stereo image.

I dig having separate guitar parts panned to about 75% to each side. I find that if one guitar is playing on it's own and is panned hard, it can sound a bit separate from everything else. I like it to have just a touch of bleed into the other side.
