I still dig Color Trip the most. Wish they'd stick to the catchy punk vibe and do less ambientzzzzz.

Also, because I feel like they make the release way better, here are the Japanese Bonus Tracks for those interested:

Just replace "See You" with "Romantic Comedy", put "Frisbee" and "Convertible" at the end, and you have the Japanese edition.
You are a very fine person. A very fine person indeed!

Speaking of MBV/JAMC worship, have you guys ever tried getting a breathy lass to do some vocals?
Gimme.

That was the original intention, but original intentions in bands never work out. Plus, we're probably fulfilling enough gaze cliches without adding another

The album we've just recorded is a ton more aggressive than previous stuff and the vocals are more aggressive too, should be interesting. Or alienate anyone who dug us before :idk:

Tell them you're a Belle and Sebastian tribute band.

Are we trying to get a 2001 Librarian Glasses over-the-pants HJ?

More like ATDI/Dino JR gaze thing. Obviously absolutely NOWHERE NEAR as good as that sounds though   :grumpy: but that's the vibe.

so based on first listen I'm gonna go out on a limb and say this is my favourite thing they've done. Seems a lot less rushed and derivative than previous records.
