It's for guitar. I can't honestly believe that I would have much of an issue, but, some people think I will. I'm sure I'm all giving this more attention than it deserves really, but, hearing that others have run into shitheads on more than one occasion, leads me to think it's inevitable that I will too. So it's pretty much looking like a "fuck it" situation. Either I get ask to turn down or I don't and deal with the shitheads one by one.

I set my volume where I like it. surprisingly, most sound guys don't care. the ones that do are ignored. if they give us guff, we give it back. I use 8x15s. our noise guy uses 4x15s with some horns.

yeah it's going to happen, so don't stress it. Just do your thing and deal with it when/if it happens. I will say that playing places that get what you're about is going to help you, though.
