THIS. Anything Mountainking has both lows and high gain.

The Elements is awesome too though.

I think I'll try the Death Metal. Excane's demo of the Elements sounds amazing, but I don't really spend that much scrilla on a pedal.

Well, the only way that sounds really good. Just got mine back in the chain and I'm loving the early Pumpkins tones it pulls.

Higher gain setting can work wonderfully for certain things, but it's kind of a beautifully ugly thing. Great bass mass available all the way through.

Elements for sure. Especially if using it for a bass.
Death Metal is good too but no gain control. Easy to add one though. I did with my old one and it allowed for a much wider variety of sounds. If you don't want to do that, you'll still have good control with your intruments volume knob.
Mountainking stuff is great as well, but might be too fuzzy for your needs...but then again, if the DM isn't too fuzzy, MK stuff will be fine.
Boss MD-2's a cheap one...around the same price as death metals.
Most others that come to mind are probably too expensive.

i got mine for like 160$ i think. seen them go for 150$ and that's more than great for what you're getting imo :)
DOD Deathmetal is 25 EUR. So i would try that first. My favorite super low price pedal.

Easily the pedal with the most low end i've heard is the Tym Big Mudd. I dunno much about it really but I bought it from Donny's friend after donny sold it to him and it sounds really amazing. I like it much more than the Elements personally
but it was pretty expensive :erm:
