i got one, an NPN. it's now a part of my sound and couldn't imagine life w/out it.
hey richard, what does the little dial on the inside do? i don't remember it being in there on my last one?

transistor bias trimpot. feel free to adjust to taste. let your ears be the judge of how YOU want it set. I just set them to where I like it when I test the new builds. you can get some sputtery dying battery sounds in some settings of it

Nabbed an NPN used ages ago (2006 I think?) for 50 bucks. Still gets used on the reg.

really loving the tones out of the NPN. especially the lovely hints of upper octave. its like a superfuzz you can actually use

also the splatteriness sounds like electric diarrhea, and i mean that in the best way possible.
