There's a Behringer Xenyx mixer in the classifieds for 25 dollars, if you wanna go this route (includes shipping, it's a steal!!!) They are good units with an effects loop, multiple outs options, etc. Practically giving it away, dudes.

it still blows my mind seeing Aidan (and Leah!) get that much sound out of four or five pedals and a PA.
Here's some tabletop setups I've used for shows before:
The best thing you'll do playing this music is get a mixer so you can have different chains of effects running at the same time, and even use it as a basic feedback looper, Pig Heart Transplant style.

I ordered a Behringer Xenyx 802, I'm gonna check if the local shop has it tomorrow. This is gonna be so much fun.
Nice gear everyone!

I've stopped pretending that what I do is "experimental", but here's a shot of my noise setup from my last live show:
Not pictured is the mixer that both pedal chains and the 666 were running into, since someone was borrowing it.

To paraphrase GX Jupitter Larson… "Stop calling it experimental music. I'm not experimenting, I know exactly what I'm doing."

Awesome! This is what a noise setup should look like.

I only set up on the palette because I didn't have a pedalboard (rocking up to shows with pedals and cables in a duffel bag, jyeah) and we didn't have enough tables.
Also cut myself on some of the rough edges when I flipped the table at the end of my set. Naturally.

Good move. Crazy how powerful mixers can be, I am really just learning that. Try learning some Dub Mixing techniques. I am not sure if the Xenyx is big enough or has the sends to really get into effects feedback. I have a Peavey PV10 and I am going to have to go bigger soon so that I can really get into this technique.

I think the top is Eric Quach and co from Destroy All Dreamers

Did we ever figure out what the pedal on the far left is?
