Thank you very much, that's really kind from you.
But there is a store that have them here in Quebec.
I might go there this weekend or in two weeks.

I like the sound from this V2 demo.

Like the slow resonance from the V1.

Do you know if the V2 can go slower than the V1?
I do hear some of that thinness on the V2 demo honestly, especially with the center control set high, you have to play it to actually feel it but it does seem to be there.
I have no clue whether the V2 demoed here has the stock Phase 90 caps or the other ones (which I didn't like).
I also don't know whether the V2 goes slower than the V1.
Sorry I can't be of much more help.

I have VFE Enterprise too. I think I have V2. Haven't ABed with Phase 45 but I think it's spot on for the super subtle phasing I wanted. I like VFE as a company. Good products priced in reasonableness. You can obviously change the whole tonal range of your phaser with a compressor and EQ.

The only problem that I have with the empress phaser is developing subtle phase tones. It does so much cool shit well that it's really easy to forget about that phase 90 tone or small stone sound.
But it can do those and sound awesome, blend and gain really controls that pedal, the. You can go nuts with waveforms and resonance until your food spoils.

Are you a bass player?
In my experience cleaner sounding phasers like the Subdecay and Empress ones work very well on bass but on guitar they always disappoint me a little.

I liked the sound of the VFE, but I don't need all the options. I'm just after that super subtle spacial thing.

So, this looks interesting to me: http://www.vfepedals.com/enterprise-junior.html

Anyone tired it?

That uses Empress Phaser at $239 has sold.
I don't really want to pay near $400 for a phaser.

I'm not super picky about phasers. The Ibanez Soundtank PH-5 sounds just as good to me as the Mutron Biphase.

As long as it goes "WHOOOSH" I'm happy.

ok, so the faye sing just landed- and isn't for me :picard:

I like sound of my old ibanez pt-999 much better. VFE looks super versatile, but kinda not pretty….

mr.wire has my attention, will investigate
