My current favourite is fuzz stacked with an octave up. nomnomnom.

I like when it make me sound unique and broken.
Muff sound like distortion to me... so no muff and no vintage stuff.

I've been having a lot of fun with this one recently.

I continually change fuzzes but have been really happy with the Malekko Germanium B:assmaster. I'm tempted to add a second super fuzz type to go with it. Either a Wattson or maybe a silicon b:assmaster or Diabolik.

I love the FZ-2 and the LSTR... so I guess the very heavily saturated kind? Not really sure what, if anything, they have in common beyond that. :-)

+1, Since We've Become Translucent, good choice.
It represents my love of light drive that just gives my tone a hint of color.
This is why I left this vague and open ended.

So, you don't like "mature" fuzz?

I'm in agreement with this.
Also really love a nice nasty, aggressive circuit like the FY-2 and Superfuzz

Lately I've been getting more and more into
a) cutting
b) subtle
c) nasty
all at the same time. Means I love the Demo Tape and nothing compares.
When looping and playing on my own I used to love weirder stuff like the Wolf Computer that you need to play with to make it work.
Unfortunately I've not yet found a band that would accept my pedal board as a separate band member that has some to say about songwriting.

I like fuzzes that have good clarity, cut, and low end. Right now my faves are the pharaoh and the sound shank (buzzaround)

I prefer them around my age.

I like
synthy (Microsynth)
crunchy, dissonant (FZ-2)
and pretty much anything with a phase locked loop.

Young fuzz. Old fuzz. Doesn't matter to me. Good fuzz is good fuzz.

Yep, I like some kind of fuzz face... I just don't want to sound like the beatles, Led Zep, Syd Barette, ...
Modern take on old stuff is great sometimes.
