After more than 3 decades playing, I bought my first wah last month - a Crybaby. Didn't even try it out at the store, it was a good enough deal that I knew I could move it on or just return it. It took all of 5 minutes to know it wasn't for me. Sound wasn't the problem, although it didn't blow me a away, rather the physical limitations - didn't have the range of travel I'd expected and hoped. Put it in BST and it's going out next week as a part of a multi-item trade.
After listening to the online demos more times that I can count, last week I cashed in all of my Amazon trade-in credits and ordered a Moog MF Drive. While not exactly a wah, I'm hoping it'll fill that role for me. Since the wah/filter is controllable via external expression I can use a pedal with a wider range for the kind of control and fine tuning that was lacking in the Crybaby. (It'll also probably force me into getting some sort of Expressionator, since I just realized that I'd need 10 expression pedals if I had one for each pedal in my setup that could use one

)

these two!!

I actually even compared them side by side when i was deciding which wah to buy... probably the hardest choice in the history of gear, because they both blew my mind
went with the CAE, but i'Ve been wahless for a long time now and if i were to buy a wah again, i'd probably go with the RMC
both awesome, but the CAE just sounded more modern, stronger sweep with distortion, more aggressive tone, that kind of thing... the RMC was amazingly sweet sounding, but for some reason, I didn't need that at the time

I like wah as a facilitator of noise and feedback, or just parking it one place for those nasal leads.
The ibanez weeping demon excels at this. First song off my bands new EP features it quite a bit.

Another vote for Wilson here. Love my Rippah wah. It was a hard choice between it and the Wilson wah though.

I've never owned one personally, but a friend had one for a minute back around HS graduation and I got more than a little play time with it. the wah is kinda nifty, but the ringmod really puts it over the edge of being totes tits

I was stupid for passing up Mold spores when they were going for $100 all god damn day. But their shitty build quality is some consolation.
I've been using a Vox Clyde McCoy for a long time. I don't use wah that often these days, and I've never felt a reason to get something else. I used to use a Dunlop 535Q but needing an 18v adaptor for one pedal was annoying to me and also I didn't care for it.

boomerang modded, mold spore, musonic w 100 are some of the best ones i have heard/ played. i just did some restore work on 5 musonic wahs, these are colorsound inductor version clones almost dead nuts. even uses the nylon loop mechanism instead of gears.

Your wah demos always sound awesome, Joe - you know how to bring da funk

I also really like the demos I've heard of Stu Castledine's Standard and Grey wahs.
