Isn't there a Dano spring-verb pedal replete with kickable pad?

Spring King. Good luck finding one that works and/or isn't being price jacked though :grumpy:

I dont really think the ghost echo sounds that springy.
Another option not mentioned yet is the solid gold surf rider.

I thought it was cool when I played one, but didn't get to really compare it to a springer. The big crash button did sound like a tank getting hit though :joy:

I've got a 66 Fender Reverb Unit that is it. They make a reissue, and if its anywhere near mine then that's probably among the best spring reverb pedals. yes, it does come with a foot switch.

Aren't they only like $150 new and half that used?
And PP's got a demo!

They are long since discontinued and the last time I looked someone was asking $100+ for a unit that "some times worked." The others are $125-$180.

Looks like the reissue list's for $699, so you should be able to walk out the door for around $500. Used should be less. not too hefty.

+1 on the SolidGoldFX Surf Rider Deluxe. Very versatile, yet very true to spring reverb. The reverb boost button is cool too.

The Spring King was a very interesting pedal. It has a spring in it attached to the kickpad which supplements half of the reverb sound, and it is mixed with an extremely short digital delay with some repeats. So you get this cheap analog spring mixed with a digital delay tuned to psuedo reverb, and you can control the mix of the two with the knobs. Sounds fucking killer pre-fuzz.

I personally like the reissue more: more wash, treble and intense :idk:

Mooer shimverb has a nice spring emulation on the cheaps.
