It can be pretty subtle. More in the sound than something you'd really notice. Volume helps as well. Being close to the speaker. The strings are a little more difficult to get resonating than on a purely acoustic instrument.

From this video they sounded good. Quality seemed good too. Don't think they were in production for too long. I was interested.

What a surprise, he's playing Paint it Black
That one does sound a lot better than the Dano I was playing.
I also like the white finish so much more than the black/red one.

Yeah a pure acoustic one would definitely resonate more.
And I was playing in a Long and McQuade so it was pretty loud; I definitely would have missed something subtle
