Has anyone dealt with accidentally buying fakes on the 'bay? I'm wondering what they're process is for refunding? Like...does it need to be proven fake beyond a shadow of a doubt?

From what I've seen people post all you have to do is claim its a fake, then when they tell you to, destroy it (literally), and send them the pictures of it destroyed and you get a refund and the seller gets nothing.

Fake for sure, the open book headstock is way off, serial and made in usa isn't stamped, and Gibson went to a nine digit serial number in July of 2005 (serial is trying to pass off a 2006 build). File a claim with eBay and follow the course of action that they give you.
