And the prices i have to pay in the EU for these i would order a custom amp instead or buy a boutique amp within a heartbeat.

I love the silverface aesthetics too, but I doubt I'll be buying one of these. I'd rather pay a little more for a real silverface, or even buy an 80's Rivera era Fender amp.

I had a Silverface Twin and it had a really harsh sound and tons of problems.

Hey Americans- are there not a fuck-ton of real ones floating around? Have the prices on the real ones gotten high enough to justify this?

They were like 4-500 a couple years ago...couldn't get one because little apartment does not mix with twin.

At least in my area, yeah. They only pop up once every couple months around here, other than that all we get on CL are starcasters and MG amps.
