I listened to most of the clips on the website and it sounds really good.
I don't understand the hate or fixation on whether what they are doing is completely 100% original and never been done before.
I get that that is their claim but it really doesn't seem like they intentionally tried to steal an idea or design and take credit where
it wasn't due.
It definitely nothing along the lines of Freakish Blues or JHS and if it was, I'd be right there with you on the criticism.
It would be really helpful if there where a more "instructional" type of demo though.
I think a lot more people would be interested if there was something showing the specific settings and how
different knob positions change the way the pedal works/sounds.
Maybe something similar to the JustNick demos on Youtube:

I'm personally interested! Sounds cool, and maybe more predictable than the fuck?
Only issue is... $30 shipping! I suddenly feel for our mates across the pond.

Sent an Email regarding shipping cost and got this:
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of
its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address
failed:
"sales@crushsound.com":
SMTP error from remote server after RCPT command:
host: crushsound.com

You guys at the Mill should deal with that. Else no Business

^This. If not for the shipping cost, I would have already placed my order.
I wonder if there is any plan to pick up a dealer in the US?
If not, I may try and wait it out and get one used.

mec: Yes, deliveries to US are not cheapest. We've already sent units to US with no problem however.
Thanks

No, it mean... crushsound.com is blacklisted on univalve's host.
Another email address would do fine anyway.

Sounds really cool man!
What was updated from the first version?
And call me stupid, but I still don't get the footswitch. Consider the fact that most people like stuff to sound broken around here - does that mean I'm always using two stomps to turn it off? What sort of bypass is it when on momentary?

Yep!
Although leave just nick out of it.
I'm so tired of hearing how a good pedal makes you sound good but a great pedal inspires you to play. And this... (dramatic pause while waving around some pedal) inspires... (dramatic pause) me to play (massive full stop with muchos gravitas).

This might clear up the difference between tremolo and "breaking."

goroth:
We've updated everything. It's simply taken further. We will keep that way of development over time;)
The footswitch lets you use momentary on single click/hold. Doubleclick works like a regular "on" - you can walk away. I can't get too much technical with this (we have our secrets;) but the switching is mechanical and made best possible for this kind of use.
demos:
There will be demos like suggested. It's all explained within the text and samples on the website at this point. And here:
http://crushsound.com/pdf/Crushsound_Booklet_2014.pdf
Of course it's not an overdrive. There's enough of overdrives to choose from;)
Thanks!

Seems like a cool idea but that video is not very good at showing what it does at all
I thought it was a fuzz from the video hahaha
Definitely a cool pedal though

Me I though it was a sexy dancing girl video (which has anything to do with a pedal).

That kind of budweiser pub is kind of lame in 2013.
