This has always bummed me out when it come to all this digital gnargnar. But then again, I don't see why I treat my consumer habits differently between music and then my cellphone/laptop. It's not like I'm going to pop open my laptop and get to work, everything in there is fucked. I went ahead and bought a Mustang V1, and it sounds effing great. All the different sounds keep me playing/noodling, lotsa fun. I figure if it lasts as long as my other electronic garbage, I'll be happy.AxAxSxS wrote:Just be aware that line 6 stuff is basically a disposable amp. I've been inside one and what I found out was there are three boards inside, not really something you can work on unless you are good with computers. Only a "certified line 6 technician" can order a replacement board and they tend to cost more than buying a used line 6 amp does. So there is really no point in even trying to fix a broken one.
