Here's mine. It has a detachable power strip with a fifteen foot cord, it fits in a hello kitty bag, and there's room underneath for a power supply.

Thanks! I've been trying to design one that has a two-piece lid, that incorporates a power strip, and flips behind the board and props the whole thing up kind of like one of those tablet computer cases. I've just been too lazy to give it any serious thought or I'd have either done it or decided it was impossible by now.

Hi. This is my diy pedal board. This is version 3 I think. Made it out of the remains of my old backdoor and is based roughly on a pedaltrain. Had to make amendments to the legs so that the board could fit in the suitcase - the legs are now underneath the board rather than on the end. Much lighter than my previous two!!

Get two fence hinges and remove the nails holding one of the long side panels on. Bam, instant board. You can add two more hinges if you wanna keep the panel as a closable shelf, or just ditch it entirely. Cut holes in the sides for cables and yr good to go.
You don't even need the fence hinges if the original ones will close well enough (mine didn't).

That is freaking awesome! to of my favorite things Pedals and Army Surplus!!!!!
