Yeah me too. Closest to 'always-on' would be the Mini but I do sometimes turn it off for properly clean sounds.

Lately,I've been running my fuzzes into a flatline compressor that I built. It kinda compresses but works more like a thickener/fattener as it adds a bit of extra dirt.

for CEG mainly the sparkle motion for some light-ish grit and bass cut and also a DD-5 set for short delay time and medium repeats.

Space Echo (not like you can turn the big box preamp off anyway).

Boss GL-100 (clean channel, set for my preferred EQ).

Rusty Box (I use it as a preamp, so.. none I guess.)

For about 6 of the first 7 months this year it was a Tremolessence, with expression pedal controlling Rate; mostly parked heel-back for subtle movement.

Also to this day the Spring Chicken is always-on...but I'm not always using reverb.
It's brought in/faded out on a taper via expression pedal, and heel-back is dry/bypassed.

I guess the Trem was more of a foundation than the SC, but I would consider reverb more fundamental to my preferred playing style

Then there's the Shape EQ...which hasn't gotten much use these past few weeks, but it'll find its way back into this discussion sooner or later.

Singing Tree for tasty 70's style warm distortion.

Dirge-DOD250 for angry shouty angry shouts.

Dirty fat compressor? Very intriguing...
