Drop bass down to a 2 or so, mids around 8-10, treble wanders from 3-6. I don't wanna get into guitar frequencies or fight the bass drum, so they let me have everything from 80-250 hz.

I definitely try to push as much bass as possible without being boomy.
Nothing worse than a garage band playing a show and the sound lacks girthyness cause the bassist is trying make it by with an underpowered amp and too few drivers. The tendency in those cases is for the bassist to push mids to cut through the mix and that sounds honky IMO.
Whilst I want a full spectrum of freqs to contribute thunder and clarity, I do tend to cut back on the bass in order to prevent muddiness and push mids. A lot of that has to do with how heavily bass voiced the preamp on Thumb Bass is too. Most of my on the fly EQ adjustments are made from the two bander on the bass.
I do like a lot of cabs and good amount of power; about 900 watts when I was running SS gear; 300watts Tube. This nets me some very serviceable cleans but there is something to be said for cranking the shit out of a 100-200 watt tube bass amp.

Bass around 5, mids around 6 or 6.5 and treble around 3 or 4 on my SC120. Changes with room/stage and cabs being used.

I always change my EQ. I feel like the way I hear things changes all the time. room to room, day to day, bass to bass. The way I percieve the sound changes

Most of the time, I have my amps running flat, opting to do all of the EQ'ing on the bass itself. Usually on my main bass (Streamer LX, 6 string), I have the mids cut about 25%, the bass boosted about 25% and the blend knob favoring the bridge just a little. Gives me a nice, solid sound that's got some good lows in there without being too boomy or undefined.
If I do anything on my amp, it's usually bumping the low mids ever so slightly and cutting the high mids the same amount. It's just enough to tame the inherent mid-growl that Warwicks are known for.

Flat. Bass bridge pickup full neck on half treble boosted. I tend to always play through a pog with full octave down so my sound never lacks MEAT
