just doing some a/b'ing between the barge and the samurai switch hooked up independently
mcspunkle - seems to dull the sound, true bypass? / feedback is not as interesting?
barge - buffer seems to brighten the sound and hiss / feedback is dirty and sludgy
anyone have any thoughts?
more loopers, more problems.

pretty much nothing, two true bypass ehx pedals and even without them.
just listening to the clean sound really. I was going to use them instead of a true bypass switcher with the added feedback.
but I may just get a custom switcher from loopmaster made. and with momentary and latched switches yada yada
anyways, tearing my hair trying to get my setup back again after a long interval. anyways, sorry to bug you guys on here.
but any help appreciated. or if y'all are interested to purchase?

Those are for Feedback and not a bypass looper per se... If you want one of those huge stomp on me bypass loopers those are different...
You like Loops...

true, but I was trying to combine them you know? just add feedback to the true bypass loop...
anyways. I think it's just that. the buffer is brightening. and the true bypass one shaves off some highs.
more tests I guess.

That's pretty much the definition of buffer vs tb right there...
You have to experiment with the loopers... Modulation and Delay usually work while various Dirts get mixed reviews... Fuck around and see...
I like some Phase > Delay > Flange in a loop...

for real, though I think it's something that needs to come later now that I'm sorting out my main pedals again.
anybody interested in these feedback loopers?

Phasers sound so sick in a loop. I had a TC Electronic Nova Modulator a couple months back, and I had a great time just running the stereo output back into the input and making crazy noises.
