The chord arp interests me the most. I had a montreal assembly arp that tracked pretty well but it didnt do anything for me. I like the idea of arppegiation on guitars and synths but I feel it takes the soul from the music.

definitely getting one of these. this may be a dumb question, but this should work on synths too?

aside from a very short instagram clip.

I just hope it doesn't sound like a synth only. If it can maintain the quality of the inpuit, this could be amazing.

This is pure speculation, but I think it will sound similar to the organizer (without all the vibrato and stuff). The organizer is a polyphonic pitch shifter, and the Arpanoid is basically a sequenced polyphonic pitch shifter, so it would make sense that they would use the same algorithm (or slightly tweak it)

Agreed. I can't imagine that it will sound any more natural than the organizer.

Also, what do you do with an arpeggiator? I understand that not everyone shreds like yngwie, but why not just play an arpeggio yourself?

Yeah... I think this is super cool but I can't see myself finding an actual use for it. I'd like to see what other people get up to with it though, I'm thinking using it for a looped part or as just one texture in a recording is probably the thing I would do, rather than use it by itself all the time. :idk:

Um i don't think this is a crutch for Yngwie wannabies :poke: i really expect a synth-like arpeggiator and i'd like to see some videos because i dig the idea
